I like sparring.
Most of our taekwondo class tonight was sparring. Bliss - an hour of anxiety at bay.
I like thrift stores. I took last Friday off for a "me" day and took TMOTH to the tiny local thrift store (after stopping last week at the tiny thrift store halfway home from work).
I found this funky ribbon yarn, and am crocheting a scarf.
I bought a bag of squares and HST.
I like Dr. Who. So for my first finished knitting project, I have a Dalek dishcloth (that insists on posting sideways).

Hi there, after I lost everything, thrift stores helped me restock so many things esp. in my knitting/sewing department. I still love to hunt in them and am surprised/shocked at what good stuff people discard. Well done with your treasures!

I'm remembering just feeling the need to let stuff go when we moved, so a LOT of craft supplies went off to the thrift store! Kudos for taking a day to yourself!
